We teach students from Pre-Prep (4 years old) to Year 6 and are committed to ensuring that they have access to hands-on, effective and individualised group tutoring. **Your Role**:
As a casual tutor employed by 'Seeds of Knowledge' you will have the responsibility for the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

- Prepare and deliver quality and effective teaching and learning lessons which are consistent with Seeds of Knowledge curriculum.
- Individualise student's learning to maximise their learning potential and understanding of the Seeds of Knowledge curriculum
- Implement the Seeds of Knowledge C.O.N.F.I.D.E.N.T Framework within tutoring sessions to support student learning and engagement
- Embed the Seeds of Knowledge 'SEED' Behaviour Expectations to support the management of children's behaviours
- Complete administration tasks to communicate and support parents using a variety of engagement tools that support parents and students
- Maintain student records and samples of work to report on student performance to parents, Seeds of Knowledge and other stakeholders if required
- Participate in on-going training and development to ensure student success and a shared consistent vision across Seeds of Knowledge

Teachers are accountable to and under the direction of the founder Lasni Motswagae. The founder will provide educational leadership for Seeds of Knowledge and sets the general direction and ethos for all teachers.

**Mandatory Requirements of this Role**:

- possess teaching qualifications or teacher aide qualifications recognised in Australia
- deliver and differentiate lessons communicate with parents, students and the SOK director, and implement the _Seeds of Knowledge tutoring system_
- sign an Employee Agreement
- have an excellent command of both spoken and written English
- hold a current working visa or are permanent residents of Australia
- be available for an immediate start
- afternoon/evening work and/or Saturdays
- complete a probationary period of a maximum of 8 weeks (or negotiated with the director) at a probationary pay scale

- Protection of the pre-existing insurance already obtained by Seeds of Knowledge.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
