We are 'Off The Wall'We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our VANS & Timberland team for this Christmas season
You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and play an integral part in the store's success.You get up to 40% off Accent Group brands including Hype DC, Platypus, Dr Martens, Glue & many moreWork amongst premium products alongside fellow passionate and dedicated sneakerheadsOpportunity to progress within the business and receive ongoing training and supportThe role & responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service in store with premium productsWork as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targetsProcess large volumes of stockPick and pack click and dispatch ordersAssist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaningMaintain a positive CAN DO attitude at all times to effectively sell to customersTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Full availability from November to Mid-January 2026 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's DayPrevious retail experience preferred but not essentialA passion for streetwear and sneaker cultureThe ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environmentSelf-motivated with a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets & KPIsAt Accent Group Limited, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
