Jacksons Awards is looking for a Full Time -Sales /Production / Laser Engraver for our business based in Brookvale NSW.

If you wish to work in a creative, fun environment this is an excellent opportunity?

Your role would include producing quality sporting and corporate awards, sales/customer service, award and graphic design, assembly, laser and machine engraving and maintaining our high standard of quality control. You will be working in a friendly, fun workplace where customer service is a priority.

**The role includes the following tasks but is not limited to**:

- Face to face Customer Service
- Answering Phones
- Taking Orders
- Laser Engraving
- Machine Engraving
- Trophy Assembly
- Organising Customer Orders
- Packing Orders
- Organising Couriers
- Cleaning Workspace
- Spell Checking
- Quality Control
- Set Up Artwork
- Assisting with online giftware business

**Valued but not Essential Experience**:

- Adobe Creative Cloud
- CorelDraw
- Creative Flair

**Do you have the following proven experience/skills**
- A passion for customer service.
- An exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in working to deadlines.
- Happy to show initiative and work on growing the business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to multitask.
- An interest in graphic software and design.
- Good time management habits.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as within a team.
- Fast learner.

Must be living in Australia with easy access to the Northern Beaches.

From $60,000.00 per year
