The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful channel strategies that align with overarching marketing goals.
This role is ideal for a strong analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands PLG dynamics, and is eager to rapidly test and innovate in the evolving landscape of AI-driven marketing.
You will play a critical role in driving growth for a high-scale startup, leading digital campaigns, experimenting with new approaches, and building channels from the ground up.
What You'll DoDevelop and execute data-driven acquisition growth strategies, setting ambitious and measurable goals for volume and efficiencyOwn the end-to-end strategy and execution from ideation and targeting to creative optimization and performance analysisUtilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously refine ad creative, audience targeting, and bid strategiesLeverage data and analytics to inform bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative approaches that enhance performance and efficiencyPartner with teams across Brand, Product, and Data Engineering to ensure your channels are delivering against targetsWhat You'll Bring7+ years of experience in Growth or Digital MarketingExperience in high-growth companies preferably in SaaS with understanding of self-service flywheelsCuriosity to adopt new marketing strategies, tools, and AI-powered solutions to gain an edgeStrong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Looker a plusExperience building performance marketing channels from scratch, balancing effort vs reward to prioritize more impactful returnsYou thrive in a fast-moving environment and are not intimidated by ambiguity or change.
