**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for back up HELP Centre Coordinators/Schedulers to join the HR team at our Kilcoy facility, when required. This is not a full time role. If successful, you will continue your current full time position and only work in this role to cover leave.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Answering incoming calls from the sick line
- Contacting employees who have expressed interest in extra shifts
- Assist with the scheduling of treatment for the day
- Assist with employee enquiries attending the HELP Centre
- Manning/Scheduling tasks and responsibilities as required

**ROSTER**

This is a back up role, and does not have a roster. However, you will be required to work two days a month in the HELP Centre to ensure your skills are maintained.
