As a **Senior** **UX/UI Designer** for this growing healthcare data analytics company, people should be at the heart of your design.

Reporting to the Head of the division, you will collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to design features that meet their customers' needs.

From problem analysis all the way through to deployment, you'll take a user-centric design approach, and rapidly test and iterate your designs with both internal stakeholders and the end-user to create an overall design roadmap.

You'll work on interesting products and will influence meaningful outcomes.

**_ What we know they are looking for:_**
- 3+ years' UX / UI Design experience, either agency side or for a Product / Tech company with a portfolio of successful projects
- Understand & identify user requirements through interviews, user testing, contextual inquiries and data analysis
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team and taking ownership working independently

You'll need to be super curious and inquisitive, and unafraid to ask lots of questions to ensure you have considered all variables when solving a problem with a willingness to try alternative approaches to a challenge.
