We're looking for a Junior to Mid-weight Graphic Designer with a production focus—someone who can roll out creative with confidence in Adobe, help shape storyboards, prep assets for shoots, and be part of the energy on location.
You don't need decades of experience—what matters is your passion, your tenacity, and your drive to learn and grow.

What You'll DoCreative and advertising campaign ideation and implementationRoll out creative across digital, social, print, and outdoor using Adobe Creative SuiteBuild and design storyboards to bring campaign concepts to lifePrep production-ready assets for shoots and campaignsSupport with call sheets, schedules and shoot logisticsBe on set to assist with visual continuity and creative directionExplore motion design through After Effects and Premiere (a big plus)Stay curious—keeping an eye on social, visual and production trends to keep our work fresh
What We're Looking ForMin 2 years professional design experience (advertising agency or production house preferred)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a must)Sound knowledge in Ai tools, and strong prompting skillsExperience in motion/video tools (After Effects / Premiere) would be greatA folio that shows your creativity and adaptabilityStrong organisation and time management—able to juggle projects and deadlinesA team player with great communication and collaboration skillsAbove all: passion, drive, and curiosity—we value these more than years on the CV
