The Clemenger Group Infrastructure Manager will lead and manage the technical team across the Melbourne and Sydney agencies.This will involve leading the design and implementation of all IT systems and the implementation of the Omnicom technology roadmap. The Clemenger Group Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the design, deployment, and support of all IT systems within the Clemenger Group.

**Responsibilities**:
Proactive Monitoring and management of infrastructure
Maintenance and creation of detailed documentation of systems and configuration
Ongoing assessment of infrastructure, systems, procedures and processes to identify areas for improvement
Coaching and mentoring of team members
Working with regional and global IT teams to ensure rollout and management of platforms and services
Maintain Security governance and compliance across systems and infrastructure in line with corporate policy and standards
Monitor and report on performance issues across the infrastructure and develop effective remediation strategies to ensure reliable operations
Effectively communicate with business stakeholders both technical and non-technical
Manage Change Management process for all internal Infrastructure
Work with global IT Teams to adopt global initiatives and solutions

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- 8+ years' experience working in large scale IT environments
- Ability to work with and build strong relationships with local, regional, and global IT teams
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly motivated to learn and deliver technology solutions

Proactive and independent with a results-oriented approach
Experience/ability to lead a dynamic team
Passionate about new technology, and is excited about learning
Capable of leading projects from start to finish while taking input from the rest of the team
Demonstrated experience in the planning, design, development and implementation of major IT projects
Management of multi-site and multi-vendor environments
Risk management - identification, description and timely reporting of risks and required mitigations
Network security and Infrastructure hardening
Experience within an Advertising/Marketing or Media is preferred but not essential
