About the role
Develop and conduct learn to swim lessons or squad programs according to the clear progression plan of Thredbo Swim Academy.
Independently set-up/pack-down and maintain swimming equipment for required lessons to provide a welcoming and safe environment for students to learn.
Liaise with other staff, parents and students to improve services
Support your students to achieve their goals
Promote the development of the leisure centre programs and training opportunities to existing and prospective members.
About You
Experience is preferred but not necessary as relevant training will be provided.
Qualified Swim Instructor with AUSTSWIM/SCTA (or willing to get qualified)
Current NSW WWCC Required
Current Senior First Aid & CPR Required
