The mission of the Network Infrastructure (NI) Business Group is to be the most trusted partner for the world's most critical network infrastructure. NI will respond to the ever-increasing demand for networks with higher capacity, greater reliability, faster speeds, and lower costs. Within NI, the Finance organization provides financial and strategic leadership to the Business Group and acts as a key business partner to the BG president and the BG leadership team.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
**Job Responsibilities & Competencies**
- Engage in complex customer projects, evangelizing Nokia IP automation products, solutions, and services to both internal teams and during customer workshops
- Drive strategic feature and solution development for the APAC region into HQ Product PLM and Engineering teams related to NSP (Network Services Platform) and FSS (Fabric Services System)
- Be an SME for NSP and FSS and will frequently be hands-on with these products
**Qualifications**
Desired communication / soft skills:
- Strong communication skills with a presales outlook
- Technical customer facing profile with strong influencing skills
- Strong speaking and presentation skills - leading presentations, white-boarding, large and small audiences
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Positive and solution-centric approach to challenges
- Constructive attitude to handle customer needs and expectations
- Self-motivated individual contributor, as well as a team player who can work in harmony with the rest of the team
- Able to thrive in a short-deadline, dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Mandatory: English (fluent)
Desired technical skills:
- As an SME, you will have high expertise and experience with the following technologies:
- Routing: IPv4/IPv6, IGP, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing-TE/RSVP-TE, SNMP, Netconf, YANG modelling, gNMI/gRPC, PCE-P, L3VPN/EVPN
- SDN Controllers: RestConf, ReST, relational / graph databases, Kafka, YANG modelling
- automation frameworks and scripts (or equivalent): Ansible, Python/Go, JavaScript, Terraform, Openstack Mistral
- virtualization concepts: VM's, Docker/Containers
- DC/cloud technologies: EVPN/VxLAN, OpenStack, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, Azure
- Product knowledge (highly desired):
- hands-on 7x50 / SROS / SR Linux
- hands-on NSP (or older NSM products: 5620 SAM, 5650 CPAM)
- Cisco / Juniper routers & switches
- Relevant market segment experience: 5G transport, Service Provider, Webscale
- Enthusiastic and open to learn on an ongoing basis
- Certifications: SRA, CCIE, JNCIE (highly desirable)
Other:
- 10+ years of relevant pre-sales and hands-on experience within IP routing
- Flexible with travel and working hours (up to 40% travel)
