**What You'll Be Doing**
- Pick and pack orders for customer deliveries
- Help receive, store, and organise inventory
- Check incoming shipments for accuracy and report issues
- Do regular stock checks to keep inventory updated
- Pack and label products for shipping
- Assist the Warehouse Manager and team to complete daily tasks
- Keep the workspace clean and follow safety protocols
- Load and unload delivery trucks using a forklift
- Occasionally help unload containers
- Deliver orders using the company van
- Organise a small warehouse by moving stock and boxes efficiently

**What You'll Need**
- **Forklift Licence**: Valid licence is required; experience with multiple forklift types is a plus
- **Driver's Licence**: Full licence with a clean record
- **Can-Do Attitude**: Positive and focused approach to solving problems
- **Physical Fitness**: Comfortable lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure picking accuracy with product codes, quantities, and notes
- **Warehouse Experience**: Preferred but not essential
- **Problem Solving**: Spot and resolve issues like inventory errors or packing mismatches
- **Basic Computer Skills**: To use inventory systems effectively
- **Team Spirit**: Communicate clearly and work well with others
- **Safety Awareness**: Understand and follow warehouse safety standards
- **Strong Work Ethic**: Take responsibility and see tasks through efficiently
- **English Skills**: Ability to read and write English fluently to manage invoices and product records
- **Local Applicants Preferred**: Ideally based near Bayswater North, VIC 3153
- **Reliable & Well-Presented**: Friendly, customer-oriented, and punctual
