A passion for fashion & attention to detail
Excellent communication skills & a talent for motivating teams
Leader, Motivator & an inspiring individual
High level of written & verbal communication skills
A customer-centric approach, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile
Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks & overall expectations

Responsibilities Include:
Lead by example to set management expectations across your team
Manage in-store employee relations such as grievances and performance management
Train, mentor, and coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e. Payroll reports
Roster Management & Approvals
Manage team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Proactive approach in loss prevention management, e.g., stock shrinkage
Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure all creative visions are implemented within the store
Demonstrate a duty of care to team members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring a safe, healthy, and fit work environment
Ensure all tasks completed by team members are safe and in accordance with Safe Work Practices, with expectations communicated to all team members
