Implementation Support Consultant

Our client is a non-profit organization based in the US, with operations in the US, UK, and a satellite office in Melbourne supporting Australia, New Zealand, and the broader APAC region. They are seeking a Technical Customer Consultant with a strong customer service orientation to provide technical support to users and businesses in an efficient and accurate manner. As a member of the team responsible for implementing an out-of-the-box solution for multiple new clients, you will be required to manage 10+ implementations at a time. While the solution is fairly simple to implement, it does require time and repetitious workloads.

**Requirements**:
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- basic knowledge of authentication methods (Azure, ADFS, LDAP), databases, and possess good analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Minor knowledge of scripting or programming skills is required for this role, as is minor knowledge of proxying and an understanding of networking.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Any knowledge of a CMS, LMS or KMS would be helpful but not neccesarry
