**About the role**:
JTMEC are seeking their next high performing team member to assume the key role of Brisbane Regional Manager. The successful individual will be joining a committed team of enthusiastic electricians, supervisors and managers. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be a key resource in JTMEC's ongoing expansion within the Brisbane region, fostering positive relationships with the JTMEC team as well as clients and key stakeholders. We are looking for a motivated, dedicated individual with experience in managing projects within the mining, tunnelling and infrastructure sectors to continue to drive JTMEC forward.

Your expertise in infrastructure project management and your ability to lead and develop a diverse team will be vital in driving our continued growth and delivering a high quality product to our clients.
- Be a strong leader to motivate the team and cultivate a positive work culture aligned with the companies values.
- Have exceptional communication skills, collaborating openly and honestly with the management team as well as supervisors, workers, clients and other relevant stakeholders.
- Possess a solid understanding of financial management, including driving profit margins, identifying growth opportunities, accessing resources, and working closely with the finance team to track and improve financial performance.
- Demonstrate capability of developing and executing strategies to minimise business risks, capitalise on industry trends, and foster sustainable growth for long-term success.
- Have a comprehensive portfolio of successful project execution within the infrastructure, mining and tunnelling sectors.
- Have the ability to navigate change, handle and reduce ambiguity, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
- Be driven to promote and develop the business within the Brisbane region, passionate about growing JTMEC as a company through successful project completion and developing long standing relationships with our clients.

**To be successful, you will require**:

- A comprehensive portfolio of completed major infrastructure projects you have managed.
- 5 + years of project management experience.
- Evidence of exceptional people leadership skills with an emphasis on honesty, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Advanced financial and commercial acumen.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced software/technology skills.
- Evidence of a proactive and decisive approach to resolving issues.
