Barossa Valley Estate is a modern undercover winery, with excellent facilities located amongst the vineyards on our estate in the heart of the Barossa Valley.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking dynamic and motivated people to join our team for a truly rewarding vintage experience.

All Vintage Cellar Hands will be involved in various winemaking and cellar operations which include:

- Grape receival
- Fermentation management
- Barrel operations
- General cellar operations

Employment would commence during mid-late February 2025 and continue through March into April. Peak work patterns consist of up to 12 hours per day, six to seven days per week.

**About you**
- You are a highly motivated person; previous experience is preferred but not essential
- You are a clear communicator who thrives in a team environment
- You are physically fit to perform the duties and have the energy to contribute to our team
- You demonstrate a 'Winning together' mindset through understanding the perspectives of others and maintaining strong bonds
- You have a good eye for detail and naturally take pride in your work
