About us NLS is NSW's number-one provider of Dance Instructors/Teachers for schools, clubs, OSHC, and Councils.
We are looking for Dance Instructors/Teachers to join us in delivering amazing dance programs across Queensland, specifically Gladstone.
All of our coaches must have (or be willing to apply for) a current Working with Children check.
We seek someone with good experience and a commitment to providing children with a thorough dance experience.
Schedule We have morning (6.30 AM - 9 AM), in-school (9 AM - 3 PM), and after-school (3 PM - 5 PM) positions available.
Both midweek and weekend work are offered.
Qualifications & Experience Dance coaching or teaching experience Paid Working with Children (WWC) Check Child Protection Training (Preferred) First Aid + CPR Training (Preferred) Tasks & Responsibilities Coaching Attend and conduct all training sessions Attend and facilitate all competition games (if required) Be reliable and organized Additional Skills & Abilities Knowledge of standard coaching practices Ability to handle multiple sporting priorities independently Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative relationships & communicate effectively with students, staff, administrators, and parents/guardians Discretion and tact in handling confidential matters Ability to communicate effectively with a culturally diverse community
