**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Talking to customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect vehicle
- Building strong, lasting relationships - before, during, and after the sale
- Reaching and exceeding your sales goals (we'll give you the tools to do it)
- Explaining pricing, finance, and trade-in options in a way that makes sense to each customer
- Following up after delivery to make sure every customer experience is a great one
- Working closely with service, parts, and finance to make the process smooth from start to finish

**Who You Are**
- Experience in car sales is a big plus—but if you're a quick learner with the right mindset, we'd love to talk
- You're resilient, driven, and hard-working, you don't fold under pressure
- You enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering a great experience
- You're coachable, keen to grow, and not afraid of putting in the work
- You bring a positive attitude, a bit of grit, and a team-first approach
