An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our Equipment team, based in **Canberra, ACT**. This role will be responsible for the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment within a nominated region in support of a wider national network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively managing field Service priorities and schedules
- Effectively maintaining a safe, clean, and resourced Service fleet vehicle
- Coordinating and performing various mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance, and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment
- Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information
- Providing product service training to clients as required
- Establishing and maintaining a customer base to ensure the continued financial growth of the Service Centre
- Undertaking regular internal product-based training to ensure OEM standards of Service can be achieved.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including; hydraulic and electrical systems and diesel and petrol engines
- Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment in order to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
- A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License
