**Essential Criteria**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
- An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
- Newcastle Anglican promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children and young people._
