**The opportunity**:
Work at Australia's only Theme Park Resort As the first point of contact for guests arriving at Sea World Resort, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and anticipating our guest needs.

**Your day to day**:

- Provide luggage assistance
- Valet parking and retrieving vehicles
- Assist to provide a smooth flow of traffic through the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with directions and other enquiries
- Attend to guest requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
- Be versatile and use initiative in responding to guest requests

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience in hospitality essential
- Drivers license essential
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working under pressure
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and twisting
- Available to work on any day including weekends, nights and public holiday
