About the roleDroneShield is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Data Engineer with relevant experience to join the team in Sydney, NSW, Australia.The position will report to the VisionAI team lead.
You will be responsible for developing innovative Deep Learning based Computer Vision systems, including building and maintaining the MLOps pipeline, from collecting and curating datasets to training and benchmarking deep learning models, including exploring data, generating synthetic data, and optimising hyperparameters.Responsibilities, Duties and ExpectationsImprove and maintain an MLOPS pipeline for computer vision applicationsDevelop a data collection processDevelop tools and solutions to conduct datasets curationDesign automatic EDAs (Exploratory Data Analysis) for datasets quality reviewDevelop data sampling methodsDevelop synthetic dataset generation processesDevelop benchmarks for modelsPerform HPO (Hyper Parameters Optimisation) on modelsTrain and fine-tune deep learning modelsImprove deep learning Computer Vision model architectureQualifications, Experience and SkillsBS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.Minimum 3 years' experience working with Datasets management and MLOPS, Machine Learning, Deep LearningExperience with MLOPS tools, pipelines and monitoring frameworks (APMs)Strong knowledge of PythonFamiliar with popular deep learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow or Pytorch
