**About the job**
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to know and understand their labour requirements
- Identify and build new business locally in the South Australian market
- Collaborate with clients to understand job briefs and person specifications, developing targeted attraction and recruitment programs
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies using job boards and other channels
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes
- Undertaking end to end administration functions for all national hires

Limited travel may be required in line with business requirements in the case of large recruiting plans that occur interstate and rurally across Australia.

- Confident in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify new opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to convert new business
- Strong project management mindset, able to handle multiple roles in the recruitment process
- Natural influencing and negotiating skills with sound judgment
- Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills
- Highly organized, able to work independently and meet targets
- Passionate about people and hands-on recruitment
- Knowledgeable in employment laws related to recruitment and selection
