OverviewWe are looking for experienced Salesforce consultants across Melbourne to join our rapidly growing delivery team to implement Salesforce products in Australia.
Working mainly, the Salesforce Consultants are responsible for taking the technical lead on complex and medium size projects as well as the mentoring and up-skilling of other Salesforce Consultants within the team.ResponsibilitiesCarry out advanced functional configuration for clients solutionLead training and daily standup sessions with clients and technical staff to ensure the project deliveryDesign complex solutions for extra large, higher complex clients across their product stack including Sales, Service, Community, Pardot Cloud and other AppExchange productsCreate and document solutions that will be built by you or other team membersDesign and documentation of integrations to be passed to developers to buildAssist other Salesforce Consultants with the design of solutionsSupport pre-sales activities including RFPs, prospect engagements, scoping workshops and estimating of workMentoring Salesforce Consultants to help them increase their Salesforce knowledge and consulting skillsTechnical oversight of Capability Framework, including QA of other consultants inputsContributes to the delivery methodologies, including quality and standards developmentContributes to internal delivery projects as requiredAbout youAround 2 - 3 years of working with the Salesforce platformExperience working in Salesforce implementations in a consulting environmentExperience in the design and implementation of solutions that include third party systems integrations such as Xero, MyobExperience in client facing consulting rolesSalesforce Certifications in any of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot & Communities (desirable)Working at AdaptalWe are proud of the work we are doing and the team we have built so far.
