The Head of Enterprise Learning is a seasoned strategic HR leader, highly skilled at influencing at the executive level and responsible for developing and driving the learning enterprise strategy to deliver alignment in strategic outcomes across the enterprise.

**About the Role**
This position requires an experienced leader, who will take ownership of the enterprise 'how' by driving the strategic and transformation expertise, tools and mindset of the Learning Community at icare. The role leads Capability Specialists and Designers who deliver across schemes, functions and enterprise portfolio of initiatives and projects in line with strategic plans.

**Duties**
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as **Head of Enterprise Learning **you will:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision and framework for enterprise learning that supports icare's strategy and drives business performance.
- Collaborate with Group Executives and Senior Leaders to drive the learning agenda to support the delivery of our strategic priorities.
- Establish a network of highly collaborative relationships to achieve shared goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative and high impact learning programs, including technical capabilities, enterprise capability training and interpersonal enhancement.
- Leverage a variety of best practice learning methods and technologies, including e-learning, classroom training, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Develop and implement robust governance learning standards to oversee learning and development initiatives.
- Establish policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all learning programs.
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary level qualifications at degree level in Human Resources, business, psychology, Organisational Development, Adult Learning or related field.
- Leadership skills and experience, with proven ability to achieve objectives in a collaborative team environment.
- Established experience in strategic assessment of learning needs and designing programs that meet those needs based on evaluation methodology.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering learning programs in a complex environment.
- A commercial mindset, with proven ability to think systematically and outside the box to provide creative solutions.
