This publicly listed, leading Australian retailer has a reputation for delivering high quality products to consumers for over 60 years, sourcing products from all around the world.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor your duties will include the following
- Collecting outstanding balances
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily processing of cancellations of customer orders and returning funds to customers
- Check and process credits/refunds
- Answering inbound phone calls from internal and external stakeholders

**About you**
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable and/or Collections function
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Strong problem solving and decision making
- Excellent attention to detail
