The work spans broadcasters, corporations, non-governmental organizations, print media and online news outlets.
The project is not restricted to land-based work, and you can also engage in underwater photography.During your time with us, you will learn how to develop, film, and edit your own wildlife documentary set in an African game reserve.
If you are set on a career making wildlife documentaries, we can help.
You will gain skills relevant to camera operators, directors, producers, script-writers, and the diverse positions required to produce and broadcast a wildlife documentary.
This course provides a hands-on experience geared toward breaking into this demanding industry.Our wildlife filming course is run over 1 month.
The first and last weeks are spent at Mossel Bay conducting pre-production and post-production work.
The remaining 9 days are spent living on a reserve, filming your wildlife documentary.Your placement is divided into separate sections, each split across different weeks.

Expeditions will travel to different venues to allow you to visit the organizations on which your stories are based.
