OverviewInformation Technology ManagerThis position is contingent upon contract award.
Amentum is seeking a Information Technology Manager to support a requirement for a US Government contract in the town of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory of Australia.
This position supports efforts to be performed by Amentum including facilities Construction, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Support Services in an austere and remote location.
Performance requires several unique functions given the isolated location of the Site which resides on a 4,400-acre facility which is self-sufficient and generates its own power and water.
The contract supports Project Task Order (PTO) related efforts varying in complexity from minor/major system upgrades, renovations, to existing facilities, and new construction.
The priority is to implement and maintain a successful O&M program to provide life, health and safety for site personnel, while ensuring continuous operations of the site infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesNote: The original job description does not include a separate responsibilities section; the content describes the overall role and context.
The following summarizes the role as described:Support a US Government contract in Alice Springs, Australia, performing O&M and support services for a remote site.Contribute to projects varying in complexity from system upgrades and renovations to new construction.Help implement and maintain an O&M program focused on life, health, and safety and continuous site operations.Minimum RequirementsUS Citizen with current active U.S government clearance – TS/SCI with polygraph.A BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management, or equivalent experienceMust be a certified IT professional with an International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certificationMinimum of five (5) years' experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexityMinimum of two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience in IT managementExperience with SCADA networksDocumented experience in IC IT systems including implementing INFOSEC policies and proceduresExperience providing high quality customer serviceDemonstrated experience in help desk activities, recapitalization, networks, development of system security plans, and protected communication technologiesEqual OpportunityAmentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
