- Retail Management experience is essential (1-2 years experience is preferred)
- Proven ability to hit KPI's, wages and shrinkage targets
- Passion for coaching and leading small - medium sized team
- Performance management experience
- Passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Genuine interest for styling, product knowledge & all things fashion
- Exceptional operations and organisational skills and executing H.O directives to a high standard.
- Ability to manage high stock volume in a fast paced environment.
