What You'll Be DoingSupporting daily restaurant operations and being the Restaurant Manager's trusted partnerLeading the team with energy, clarity, and heartTraining and coaching staff for growth and efficiencyDelivering consistent, top-tier customer service (and feast-worthy food)Managing rosters and team schedulingHelping hit KPIs and supporting financial performanceEnsuring Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards are always on pointStaying ahead of stock and making sure the Famous Garlic Sauce never runs out
