**The Role**

With over 40 years of experience in the Victorian market, we have an exceptional leadership opportunity for a manager to join a high performing Business Advisory team.

**As the Manager in Geelong, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the team to deliver an exceptional client service with a focus on quality and an in-depth understanding of client needs
- Working directly with clients to provide consulting advice and reporting
- Proactively managing the workflow of the team
- Scoping and managing budgets to optimise productivity for your team
- Providing support and guidance to team members to drive development and increase team skills

**As our new team member, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification and post graduate certification
- Significant experience in tax and accounting
