A fantastic opportunity exists in a customer service role that combines the management of online customer requests and enquiries with reception and other office duties. This role aims to support clients, customers, and our clinical team.

About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service in response to online and in-person customer enquiries, where you will serve as the face of our Hobart office.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Contact Centre Operations and working in our bright and modern office, you'll be a valuable member of a team located in our state offices across Australia.

You will also enjoy:

- Maintaining our client database and client information
- Providing a warm welcome to clients and customers as the face of TELUS Health.
- Supporting staff by managing the office and other administrative duties

About you:

- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing role
- Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems, procedures and processes
- Excellent communication skills and professional outlook
- A positive and team-orientated attitude whilst also being self-motivated, well-organised and confident.
- Resilience and the ability to work in a changing environment
- Previous experience in a corporate or health environment is highly regarded
