**Your new role**
- Provide outstanding customer service to all patrons, staff, and contractors.
- Provision of effective and efficient maintenance for equipment malfunctions as required.
- Able to work Monday - Friday, 10.00 am - 6.00 pm.
- Respond to and correct all machine faults or customer issues as received from an authorized office/person.
- Provide vehicle access and egress controls as required.
- Complete equipment breakdown reports.
- Processing tickets and Cash handling assistance for customers.
- Perform cleaning duties to a high standard to maintain a good representation of the Care Park brand and to ensure that the car park is a safe environment for all customers.
- Provide support to on site controllers by answering intercom calls
- Liaise with Care Park's tech team to resolve equipment faults
- With requirements for Stack/Jockey parking.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Well-spoken with clear communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
- Manual Licence Desirable
- Must be **up to date with Covid vaccine and booster**, as required of all hospital sites
- Must be **reliable and prepared to work 38-hour work week**:
- Professional and hygienic personal presentation
- Energetic, proactive, and confident with high reliability and punctuality
- A dedication to the company's goals and/or mission
- A willingness to assist a team member with their tasks/duties, when necessary
- Ability to resolve conflicts successfully and calmly
- Attention to detail
- Reliability, responsibility, and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated Ability to Work Independently

**Salary**: $22.00 - $22.47 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Heidelberg, VIC 3084: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
