Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide assistance to project managers in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects.
Main Responsibilities
Support project coordination and subcontractor management for timely completion and quality adherence.
Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases.
Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules for effective program management and delivery.
Assist in cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress to senior engineers.
Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Qualifications
Relevant building and tertiary qualifications.
Proven experience in large-scale construction projects.
Strong technical skills with the ability to lead and solve complex problems.
Experience managing subcontractor performance and coordinating design processes.
Knowledge of cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls.
A strong commitment to advocating and promoting health and safety standards.
