The Role
We are currently seeking a talented Experienced Civil Engineer to join our Rail division on a permanent basis.
Working closely with our other specialist, you will assist with the design and coordination of multimillion-dollar Rail Transport Infrastructure projects both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Civil design delivery on major rail projectsDesign coordination support to the Project Manager / Design Manager Conduct site inspections and field work when neededEnsuring that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and SMECProactively collaborating with appropriate team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and co-ordination of project deliverablesApply project management principles in carrying out assigned tasks and accomplish project deliverables to the required standard and in a timely manner
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalentWorking towards CPEng4+ years' industry experience in civil work designPrevious track, drainage or earthwork design is advantageousExcellent communication skills – written and verbalUnderstanding of Australian standards and codes
