**The Centre and Role**

anzuk Education are very proud to be partnering with one of the most prestigious independent schools in the Ipswich area to help find their new Educational Leader.

We are after an experienced Educational Leader that is professional, diligent and hardworking, and consistent with the high levels of expectations as a staff member of the school. Work with the Director of Early Learning, Lead Educators, Educators and management. This includes training and mentoring staff members. In addition, to build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff members to deliver best outcomes for families and children.

Full training on **_Explicit instruction_** will be provided, so no experience necessary but we are looking for someone who is open to a diverse philosophy.

**What you need**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Strong Knowledge of the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning frameworks (EYLF), (QKGL)
- 2 years minimum experience working as an Educational Leader
- Blue card (working with children's check)
- Current First aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Qualification
