We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as aSection Waiterat Kid Kyoto.
Responsibilities
Greet customers with hospitality and friendliness.
Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
Clear used plates, glasses and other items from tables in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized and presentable workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines.
Resolve guests\' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a section waiter is required.
Excellent customer service skills are required.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Must be able to carry 3 plates.
Must possess a valid NSW RSA (state alcohol certification).
