**Lovisa Opportunity**:

- Continuous optimisation of the online conversion funnel
- Development of the Lovisa roadmap of A/B test plans, user surveys, & focus groups spanning our global digital products
- Help build a culture of rapid iteration & experimentation
- Develop and share key learnings regarding digital consumer behavior with key stakeholders
- Work with the broader Digital and eCommerce team to deliver new features and enhancements to the websites. And perform post-implementation analysis
- Continually optimize tests & coordinate the set-up of quantitative A/B/ multivariant tests to improve the website performance
- Provide regular performance reports & ad-hoc reports
- Report key learnings & takeaways to Digital Product teams
- Define the core UI/ UX/ CX processes, principles, best practices, and frameworks incorporating high levels of communication within the team and the wider company.
- Conducting customer research to understand the customer journey (online and offline)
- Developing customer personas to understand the various types of Lovisa shoppers and their behavioural triggers
- Create wireframes/prototypes for new landing pages (content) as required
- Drive personalisation initiatives
- Ongoing user testing to ensure the site navigation, collection labelling and IA are optimised
- Create and develop our design system
- Conducting usability testing
- Conducting competitor and customer analysis

**Lovisa Loves**: _A can-do attitude with the following skills:_
- _Broad experience as a UX Manager or Usability Expert in the e-commerce sector, preferably in D2C & Brand channels_
- _Qualification in Communications Design, Multimedia, UI or similar_
- _Demonstrable experience designing digital campaigns that live across multiple digital channels. Including eCommerce websites, EDMs, social media posts (paid and organic) and experiential media_
- _Strong, demonstrable technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other creative tools_
- _Familiar with optimisation and analytics tools such as Optimizely, HotJar & Google Analytics_
- _Excellent written and visual communication skills_
- _Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders_
