Writing and maintaining relevant documentation including Knowledge Base articles and process documentation.
Help maintain procedures that ensure personnel and client data is handled in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

Has experience communicating with our customers in regard to our service, strategy, deliverables, issues or risksIs hands-on and has an entrepreneurial spirit and style.
Consistently becomes personally involved in all elements of leading the function, while ensuring the team has the freedom and autonomy to achieve goals and outcomesTechnically has a good working knowledge of Desktop OS, hardware components, identity management, video conferencing solutions, AD and related services, remote access, endpoint security, end-user device management, productivity tools and automation.Broad understanding of laptop hardware fault diagnostics and resolutionUnderstanding the ITIL lifecycle (not essential) Why work with us?
