About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced car salesperson to join the team. We are seeking is a professional with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers to close deals effectively. The right person will be well presented, have great people skills, great passion, drive and will thrive when given challenges.
Skills and experience
Current Australian Driver's License
Motor vehicle sales license
Experience in persuasive selling techniques, upselling, and securing deals with favourable terms for the dealership
Good market awareness, including an understanding of competitor offerings and market trends
Be competitive in a team environment
Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, and provide a tailored buying experience.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
Strong organisation skill and ability to prioritise
