We're on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the Ghanda Gang in Watergardens, VIC.ResponsibilitiesLeading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team membersDriving the Ghanda values with your store teamMaintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand directionLiaising with your Stock Allocator, and working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor spacePreparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team complianceAbout YouWith demonstrated leadership experience who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational valuesWho thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriouslyWith similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker — at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experienceAbout GhandaGhanda Clothing began in Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with a dream to design and deliver a collection of affordable, high-quality garments not yet met by the market.
