Job Description
Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS Architect
Key Responsibilities
As an ARCS Architect, you will:
Architect and design scalable ARCS solutions to streamline and automate account reconciliation processes.
Lead end-to-end implementations of ARCS, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimise reconciliation workflows and integration points.
Provide technical leadership in ARCS configuration, automation, and integration with other Oracle EPM tools.
Define and deliver best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, governance, and industry best practices.
Drive innovation through proof-of-concept (PoC) developments for new features and integrations.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ARCS and related EPM solutions.
Mentor and upskill junior consultants, promoting capability growth across the team.
Engage in business development activities including solution design workshops and client consultations.
QualificationsEssential:
Significant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with a focus on ARCS and FCCS.
Proven expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and automation within financial close and reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and hands-on proficiency in Oracle FCCS, HFM, and related applications.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Preferred:
Oracle EPM certifications or relevant credentials.
Experience in cloud-based financial applications.
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
