You will be working in a team that builds Mobile banking apps (iOS, Android) for Westpac's regional brands - St. George, Bank of South Australia, and Bank of Melbourne.

**How will I help?**

The Technical Lead function in Westpac plays an important role in the development and maintenance of technical solutions and ensures that the detailed design and operations are fit for purpose.

This role is responsible for detailed technical design within the Digital space focussed on Mobile Technologies.

Core Responsibilities in the role will include
- Collaborate with team members in a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products on the Mobile App
- Provide expert technical and/or domain expertise to scrum teams, covering all aspects of the system / platform.
- Provide technical guidance/coaching/mentoring to other engineers.
- Contribute to growing the next upcoming mobile talent through our grad and intern Academy.
- Contribute and be an advocate to the wider mobile community through participation in mobile guilds for knowledge sharing and learning.

**What do I need?**
- Experience working with 2 or more of following - SWIFT, KOTLIN and\or Java, obj-c
- Experience in using Redux in both Swift and Kotlin - desirable.
- End-to-end experience that extends beyond front-end mobile to the back end
- Experience in using Redux in both Swift and Kotlin
- Experience with CI/CD tool such as Bamboo and exposure to testing automation.
- Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Agile methodology using tools such as JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence etc.
- Growth mindset and not afraid of a challenge
