Join our dynamic team in Melbourne as a Content Creator, where you'll play a pivotal role in producing high-quality video and photography aligned with our innovative business goals. Your primary focus will be creating cutting-edge TikTok content, complemented by professional campaigns. Based at the Culture Kings Melbourne store, you'll capture and deliver in-store appearances, magic moments, product releases, and store screens.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create content for all social media channels (paid and organic) during in-store events.
- Capture notable guests, events, and daily activities within the store.
- Deliver content for global product releases as needed.
- Maintain updated and relevant store screens.
- Identify and leverage in-store product/content opportunities for engaging outcomes.
- Manage outsourced event photographers and build a network of local content creators.
- Independently report on content performance across organic and paid channels.
- Collaborate with channel leaders to optimize content for stronger business outcomes.
- Take charge of campaign and lifestyle shoots from the location.
- Establish efficient workflows with Culture Kings Melbourne staff for impactful content creation.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in video and photography production.
- Expertise in creating engaging TikTok content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish effective workflows.
- Resourceful mindset to identify and implement new processes.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with content creators.
- Ability to report effectively to remote leadership.
