Our** Karingal Hub** store is looking for an** Assistant Store Manager** to continue spreading the Roll'd joy and values with our customers.

**The responsibility will be split between two different store locations, so applicants must be able and willing to travel to both Karingal & Casey Central**

Minimum requirements:

- previous **experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment**:

- flexible **availability weekdays / nights / weekends**:

- Assist the Store Manager with coordinating the entire Store operation, including front and back of house
- Deliver superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Organize and supervise a shift
- Oversee training and development of team members
