In this role, you'll be the voice of Steel Blue, helping our customers with orders and enquiries while making sure they always receive the best experience possible.You'll be responsible for:Answering customer calls promptly and professionallyProcessing incoming orders accurately and efficientlyProviding updates on deliveries, pricing, and product infoLiaising with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and fulfilmentMaintaining customer records and assisting with sales reportingPromoting Steel Blue products with confidence and accuracyThis is a part-time Monday to Friday position,requiring a 4:00pm finish each day.
Start times are flexible between 9:00–9:30am, making it a great option for those seeking work-life balance in their next role.ABOUT YOUTo thrive in this role, you'll be someone who is not only customer-focused but also bringsenergy, initiative, and a team spiritevery single day.We're looking for someone who has:Strong customer service experience (B2B experience a bonus)Excellent computer literacy with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience using ERP systems (Epicor experience is highly desirable); familiarity with HubSpot is a bonusOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polite and engaging phone mannerEnergetic, people-focused, and proud to be part of a values-led teamA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetA great attitude and a genuine love of working in a teamJOIN A REWARDING TEAM AND FANTASTIC CULTUREThis is a great opportunity to join a2024 Employer of Choiceand globally recognised brand in a truly collaborative and innovative environment.
