**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our outstanding Energy client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Supply Chain Officer, who identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander for their warehouse located in Kewdale.

Reporting to the Supply Chain and Inventory Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing operational supply services on a daily basis.

For the right person you will also receive support and training, with career progression and competitive remuneration.

**THE ROLE**

As Supply Chain Officer your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering predictable and reliable supply chain services
- Maintenance of stock levels, administering purchase orders, arranging for transportation of materials as well as expediting outstanding purchase orders
- Maintaining and supporting the inventory, warehousing systems and reporting for the warehouses - main and regional
- Supporting maintenance of vendor, item, and contract master
- Developing and maintaining appropriate contacts and stakeholder relationships at all levels within the business

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience with bulky and odd sized freight
- Experience with inventory, warehouse and logistics, and purchasing. Preferably in a similar industry
- Performing weekly and monthly warehouse audits
- Picking/packing/consigning and arranging transport of goods
- Ability to effectively communicate with, persuade, influence, and collaborate with others
- High ability to influence workplace health and safety practices
- Strong knowledge of Maximo and Oracle (desirable, not essential)
