Sinnclair's, located on Level 2 of The Log Cabin in Penrith, will bring a truly unique dining experience to Western Sydney.

We are seeking experienced bar & wait staff to take our customers on a culinary journey through the Hawkesbury, Mountains, and Nepean regions. Introducing them to the communities, people, and farmers who inspire our menu.

Fresh & local produce is at the heart of who we are. All of our dishes will use produce sourced from the Greater Nepean region, never extending more than 50kms from Sinclair's.

We are looking for Bar and Waitstaff to join the team in our newest restaurant
- Sinclairs.

**About the role**:

- You have a passion for service and creating the best guest experience.
- Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set.
- Maintaining knowledge of the complete menu, daily specials, and available food and beverage items.
- Presenting customers with the menu, informing them of specials, and taking orders.
- Knowledge of the bar menu and service of beer, wine and cocktails
- Delivering food and beverage in a timely manner.
- Resolving customer concerns.

**About you**:

- Experience in restaurant and bar service
- A willingness to learn about food and beverage in a casual fine dining setting
- A demonstrated understanding of guest experience
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
