**Job Title: Cafe Manager - Sorrento**

**Salary: $75,000 per annum**

**Location: Sorrento, Vic**

Are you a passionate and experienced hospitality professional looking to take on a leadership role? Sorrento Cafe, a thriving and popular establishment, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant cafe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all aspects of daily cafe operations.
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
- Train, and supervise cafe staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Ensure a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests.
- Monitor and control operational costs to achieve budgetary goals.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Handle cash management and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sorrento VIC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sorrento VIC: Relocate before starting work (required)
