**Roofing Sales Representative**

O'Shea Plumbing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct roofing inspections and provide detailed estimates to clients.
- Present and sell roofing services and solutions to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity and marketing efforts.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary Range**: Competitive salary with commission-based incentives (details to be discussed during the interview).
