Initially starting as an online retail store in 2018, today iScoot is Australia's largest independent Electric Scooter Retailer, consisting of three divisions: Scooter Sales, Accessories and Service | Warranty | Repair. Our strong desire to create a unique customer experience, led to the opening of our first showroom in Fortitude Valley in 2019, with plans to open multiple showrooms nationally. At the heart of our growth lies the amazing team, which brings us to you Due to continued growth, and the opening of a new store, we are currently on the lookout for a Showroom Consultant to join our team.

You

You will most likely have a retail or consultative sales background, ideally related to mechanical or electrical related products. Managerial experience is advantageous as the roll will see you working solo from time to time and having to make decisions on the go, However, more importantly will be your:

- Practical thinking
- Strong initiative
- Fun and adaptable personality
- Ability to work in a team.
- Clear and precise communication style

It is also important that you are always open to learning and developing new skills daily. This is a new industry, so things are always changing and evolving, so your ability to adapt to change is another key attribute.

Role

Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will work independently and as part of a team, to generate the best outcome for our customers. The broad range of scooters and associated services we offer is matched with the range of customers we serve, making no one day the same as the previous. Therefore, we need a forward thinking, highly adaptable individual who is able to follow processes and systems which ensure all customers leave with the right scooter and products suited to their specific needs.

Basic duties you can expect to perform include:

- Store display maintenance
- Sales and customer interactions
- Dispatching of online ordered goods
- Receiving of new scooter deliveries
- Follow up phone calls from warm leads
- Inventory management and stock takes

You can count on regular team meetings and training sessions, open communication, rewards for over achievement and a highly dedicated team who call each other family.

**Salary**: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Breakwater, VIC 3219: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
